Where in the toilet to I place the PeePuck??
As shown on the back of the package, with its dissolvable wrapper still on, place the PeePuck in the bottom of the toilet reservoir away from the drain that leads to the bowl. Don’t flush the toilet for 10 minutes. This will allow it to stick in place.

How long does PeePuck take to activate?
PeePuck gives you plenty of time to escape! You’ll have about 3-4 hours depending on water type and temperature. After that, you're good to go for up to 2 weeks!

After the toilet is flushed, how long before it’s ready again???
It takes about 2-3 hours to build up enough color to provide a pee grade yellow flush. PeePuck is designed for the average toilet which is flushed about 5-7 times per day.

Should i use one or two pucks??
At home use one, and two at the office. If you have a busy toilet, use two!

Is PeePuck safe for toilets!?
Yes, it’s just as safe as any other type of toilet puck. It even smells nice!

I flushed my toilet and it’s not turning yellow!!!
PeePucks are all exactly the same and there are no defective items. If you are not achieving maximum yellowness, you are probably not waiting long enough in between flushes, or your toilet has a leak. If your toilet is making any noises or water trickling down the bowl, then you have a leak. Get your toilet fixed!

What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is only 50 units. We understand that many customers own small stores and also have to stock many other products.

Can you make me packaging for my country?
Yes! We can translate everything to your language and even put your company name on the back. But we’ll need a commitment and some cash up front.
